Backflow protection Staufix 50mm and 75mm

The standard-compliant solution with nominal size DN 50 or DN 70

With the backwater protection devices Staufix DN 50 and Staufix DN 70, individual drain points such as washbasins, showers and washing machines in rooms below the backwater level can be easily protected against backwater. The Staufix DN 50 and DN 70 are installed in a horizontal wastewater pipe and can also protect multiple drainage points.

Thanks to their standard dimensions, they are guaranteed to fit into existing installations, regardless of manufacturer.

Backwater preventers such as the Staufix 50mm and 75mm are essential components for preventing flooding in domestic and industrial environments. These devices are designed to prevent wastewater from flowing back into sewers and basements during periods of high water pressure or flooding. The Staufix is reliable and durable, built to provide long-lasting protection against flooding. With simple installation and maintenance, these backwater preventers provide peace of mind and protection against flooding damage.

Areas of application

The backwater preventers can be used in many different ways: as protection for individual sinks, showers and washing machines, or as a central backwater preventer in horizontal wastewater pipes.

Standard compliant

The small backwater preventers Staufix DN 50 and Staufix DN 70 are both equipped with two valves and an emergency shut-off valve. They are the first standard-compliant double backwater preventers for faecal-free wastewater in accordance with DIN EN 13564 Type 2.

Tool-free maintenance

Maintenance and cleaning of the backflow preventer is particularly easy thanks to the quick-release closure, and no tools are required.
