Self-supporting sand trap Type I in accordance with EN1433. High-quality self-compacting concrete C55 / 67 with a reinforcement mesh. 100% recyclable cast iron and concrete. Resistant to frost, through, salts, ole and petrol etc. Due to their design, the sand traps have a built-in resistance of strength class F, 900 kN. The proposed resistance is guaranteed by the whole. The sand traps have a tongue and groove connection and a recess for safety joint (SF). With a liquid-tight version, this recess must be sealed. The top of the sand trap is equipped with an integrated edge protection in galvanized steel (thickness 4mm), anchored in the concrete (height 3 cm). The sand trap complies with the European Standard EN1433. Dimensions: length 50 cm; inner width 10 cm; outside width 17.2 cm; fixed height 46.5 cm. A cast-in socket is provided on 1 side for connection to the sewerage system with Ø 125 mm. On the other side there is a knock-out with Ø 160 mm. This can optionally be used for an extra connection to the sewerage system. Weight 72kg.
Aesthetic ONDINE grate of nodular cast iron FGS 500-7, length 50 cm. Pre-mounted on the gutter using a patented mounting system. Grille consisting of elongated wavy openings of 14 mm specially designed to meet the needs of persons with reduced mobility. Thanks to the exceptional properties of the grid surface (anti-slip, channeling effect), maximum absorption capacity is guaranteed. The grating complies with load class F, 900 kN according to European Standard EN 1433. The self-supporting drainage channels allow installation without a side concrete casing (only a foundation is required). Installation instructions available on request.
